The Architectural interventions are extremely reserved, and carefully tuned to the particular needs of the occupants.  Very clean and minimal, with a single volume of services (bathroom, storage, cabinets and equipment) divides the kitchen in the rear from the living room set towards the street.  Upstairs is a primary suite in back and two guest bedrooms with an additional bathroom up front.  

Exposure on three sides is rather unique for a brownstone typology, and we were lucky to have ample opportunity to harvest natural daylight.  New apertures were introduced along the typical party wall, creating new opportunities to view the surrounding neighborhood.  

A few key furniture elements were carefully and artfully designed to unify and reinforce the fine attention to detail and patterns of living.
